Snug fit keeps your drink safe on rough terrain and within easy reach for the next sip. There is still room for center seat occupant with cups removed. Steel plate allows access to the seat latch lever.
Mounting is easy. Use the steel base as a template to mark your hole locations. Drill (3) 7/32" holes thru the square tubing under the seat cushion and attache with supplied allow bolts.
OK folks they're finally available - shift knobs with the shift pattern. These are machined from solid 6061-T6 aluminum. They have the shift pattern machined in the top (F H-n-L and R H-n-L). They are threaded with 3/8-16 thread to fit all my twins. They come complete with mounting stud and lock nut. These are comparable in size to my black plastic knobs or your stock 205 shift knob.
This is my custom made greasable pivot bolt for my 205 twin stick applications. The bolt has two full circumference grooves with two grease passages per groove. It will work with my GM or Ford kits - see the twin stick description as this bolt is included in some kits. If you are using this on any shifter other than mine please verify that your shifter pivot hole is 3/4" in diameter. The picture shows the bolt on the end of grease gun with grease coming out of the dual passage grooves.
This is my twin shifter kit for a Ford NP205 transfer case. The kit is used to allow independent control of the high and low range of the front and rear axles. The shifter kit is a direct bolt on to a NP205 transfer case adapter. This kit will work with your NP205 mated to the C6 automatic transmission as well as the T18 and SM435 manual transmissions with the following exception. Please note that this kit is designed to work with an adapter that has the shifter pivot bolt approx 4-5/8" from the face of the 205 - this is common with Bronco's with the automatic. There are some C6 adapters (most common in trucks with the automatic) that have the pivot bolt around 6" from the face of the 205 - my kit will not be a direct bolt up to these adapters. Your shifter mounting bolt must be approx 4-5/8" from the face of the 205 in order for my kit to bolt up. The shift handles occupy approximately the same area as your original shifter however some floor board trimming may be required on some vehicles depending on model and lift conditions. The kit comes complete with twin shifter, new greasable pivot bolt, and new shift rails (with notches for full twin stick functionality).
NOTE: If you purchase my aluminum knobs to go with this kit I will not include the black plastic knobs unless you request them.
This is a pair of brand new NP205 transfer case shift rails. These are machined to allow full twin stick functionality. Now you won't have the guess work of grinding your existing worn out rails in order to add a twin stick. They are brand NEW rails, not modified stock rails. They will fit the driver side drop Ford version NP205 transfer case. They are machined from heat treated alloy steel for years of durable use. They will allow you to shift the front or rear axle into hi, neutral or low range and maintain the safety detents which restrict you from shifting into hi and low at the same time. These are a great addition to my twin stick shifter kit.
Brand new set of Dana 60 crossover steering arm studs and nuts. The studs are Grade 8 with 1/2-20 rolled thread (not a cut thread). The rolled thread makes a stronger stud because material is displaced or formed instead of removing material to make the thread. The nuts are tapered to fit the stock Dana 60 steering arm or my cross over and hi-steer arms.
Ok here's your chance to add hydraulic assist steering to your Chevy 4x4 at an affordable price. This steering box cap which will allow you to tap into the pressure line when turning to the right. It is a "bolt on" item - all you have to do to install the cap is remove the snap ring and replace your existing cap with this one. The cap is made from a solid peice of 6061 T6 aluminum and will fit 73-87 Chevy trucks and Blazers, 1/2 ton, 3/4 ton and 1 ton. The cap is tapped with a 3/8" NPT thread for your fittings. You will have to tap your existing top cap to get pressure for turning to the left - see the second and third picture. However you can not tap your end cap because the material is too thin to adequately hold threads. This modification can be done with the steering box still on the truck. Others will show you how to tap the steering box casting but this requires a complete teardown of the steering box in order to make sure there are no metal shavings left inside from drilling and tapping. I also do not recommend welding a plug on your existing end cap as the cap is cast aluminum and the stresses from welding will make it prone to crack when subjected to the high pressure of power steering fluid. To find out more about how to add this to your Chevy see these links:

This is the info others have been selling on eBay - here it is for free. You can also do a search for "redneck ram", "rock ram", "hydro assist" or "hydraulic assist" for more information on this modification.
PS: This cap will also fit Dodge 77-93 4x4 & 2x4 steering box. I haven't verified this but was told so by a customer who installed the cap on his Dodge. The outside diameter of my cap is 3.47" - please verify your cap diameter if you are using it on something other than what I have stated it will fit.
This is my twin shifter kit for a Ford NP205 transfer
case. The kit is used to allow independent control of the high and low range of
the front and rear axles. The shifter kit is a direct bolt on to a NP205
transfer case adapter and uses the original
shifter mounting bolt. This kit will work with your NP205 mated to the C6 automatic transmission as well as the T18 and SM435 manual transmissions with the following exception. shift handles occupy approximately the same area as your original shifter
however some floor board trimming may be required on some vehicles depending on
model and lift conditions. It is very likely that your shift rails will have to
be deburred to allow my shift arms to be slipped over them and pinned in place. NOTE: If you purchase my aluminum knobs to go with this kit I will not include the black plastic knobs unless you request them. </p>

OUT of STOCK until further notice... Use these to correct the pinion/drive shaft angle after adding a lift. Can be used on the front or rear axle. They are machined from SAE-1018 steel and not aluminum as most others. Includes hole for bolting to the spring pack and bolt head counter-bore to eliminate uneven stress on the bolt head. Bolt not included. They are 2.5" wide and should fit most leaf spring suspensions. If you don't see the angle you need, let me know, custom angles are welcome.
